Fully Automatic Rotary Labeling System

Bottles are automatically fed into the machine through a precision Feed Screw, which spaces each bottle evenly before transferring it to the Rotary Star Wheel.

The Star Wheel accurately positions every bottle for label application, ensuring smooth and continuous operation throughout the production process.

Precision Glue Label Application

Labels are picked up from the Static Label Magazine and coated with adhesive using the Glue Pallet system before being accurately applied to the bottle surface.

A specially designed brush assembly firmly presses the label onto the bottle, ensuring full contact across the entire label without lifting, bubbling, or peeling.

No Bottle – No Label Protection

The machine features a No Bottle, No Label control system that automatically prevents label dispensing whenever a bottle is absent. This minimizes label waste, reduces operating costs, and improves production efficiency.

High-Speed Continuous Operation

The rotary mechanism enables stable, high-speed labeling performance while maintaining excellent labeling accuracy for demanding production environments.
