AIS ระบบรายงานตนอัตโนมัติ เป็นอุปกรณ์แสดงตัวอัตโนมัติของเรือ หรือ AIS - Automatic Identification System หรือเรียกอีกอย่างหนึ่งว่า UAIS - Universal Automatic Identification Systemเพื่อแจ้งข้อมูลและตำบลที่ของตัวเองให้กับอุปกรณ์ AIS อื่นๆที่ติดอยู่กับเรือหรือสถานีชายฝั่งใกล้เคียงระบบ AIS
